The situation
Camps, workshops and mentorship signups were handled by phone and paper lists. Parents and young people missed deadlines because the registration process was invisible outside the office.

- Program pages with dates, cost, and open/closed status
- Online registration form with parent + youth details
- French + Haitian Creole content for local and diaspora families
The result
35 program signups a month, with registration now open around the clock.
