Terms of service
Short, because it should be.
Scope
Each project is a fixed scope at a published price. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately before work starts — never invoiced as a surprise.
Payment
50 / 30 / 20 — kickoff / design approval / launch. Invoices are payable in HTG or USD by MonCash, NatCash, Bank transfer, Stripe (card), Zelle / Wise.
Ownership
On final payment you own the code, the domain, the hosting accounts and the analytics. We keep no hostage credentials. If you leave, you leave with all of it.
The 30-Day Ship Guarantee
Your site goes live within 30 days of kickoff or the final invoice is waived. The clock pauses while we are waiting on approvals or content from you, and resumes when we receive them.
Scale Care
Month to month. Cancel anytime with no exit fee. We hand over migration files within 5 business days of cancellation.
Portfolio rights
We may show your project and its results publicly unless you tell us in writing not to. We never publish a metric without your written permission.
