Privacy policy
We collect the minimum needed to answer you, and we delete it when you ask.
What we collect
The website address you submit to the Scale Audit, and the email or WhatsApp number you give us to receive the report or to contact us. Nothing else.
Audit data
Audit results are cached by domain for 7 days so repeated runs don't re-query external APIs. After that the cached result is deleted. The URL and score stay attached to your lead record until you ask us to remove it.
Analytics
We use cookieless analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no data sold or shared with advertisers.
Retention
Lead records are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Client project data is kept for the life of the engagement plus 12 months.
Your rights
Email jeff@clickandscale.com and we'll send you everything we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We reply within one business day.
